Job Requirements
Prepare all permit application documents, work plans, submittals, etc., schedule permit handlers and track permit issuance.
Prepare weekly cost analysis reports for each project and submit to Project Manager and Project Supervisor for review meetings.
Assistant Project Manager
Coordinate with the Contract Manager to ensure all subcontracts are fully executed prior to work commencing.
As directed by the Project Manager, daily updates are entered into the SAGE Project Management Cost at Completion database and other databases to reflect project progress, cost adjustments, etc.
Serve as the primary contact for all regulatory agency questions, documentation, and certification requests during the licensing process.
Prepare and submit all permit application documentation for mailing to out-of-region agencies.
Participate in project handover meetings with estimators and supervisors.
